Is there authentic mexican food in England?

I’m laughing at the last answer…even if it was RACIST! I am a native U.S. NEW MEXICAN (not a Mexican) and I think it would be wonderful to open a Mexican restaurant in the UK. I would love to see fresh tortillas …nothing compares! There are many things about Authentic Mexican cuisine that I don’t like…mostly the fatty pork and too much red chile. Mole sauce is definitely over rated. And I hate Asadero cheese! So, I guess I like the American Tex-Mex better. I would be very curious to taste what the English consider Mexican! If anyone out there would like recipes I would be happy to oblige…..
