In order to preserve the quality values and streetscape of the community, the Kellswater Bridge Architectural Control Committee must approve house plans; site plans/ foundations; garage design, location and specifications; chimneys; vents and vent pipes; architectural shingles; exterior materials; exterior colors; exterior lighting; landscape plans; fencing specifications and location; HVAC equipment location and/or screening; and location of crawl space access.
