Is there anywhere where i can download a free copy of Windows XP?
There is absolutely nothing illegal about downloading a copy of Windows! What is illegal is cracking the copy but since you have a Key then the copy you run on your Pc. will be legal! The problem you may run into is that these copies downloaded from P2P sites may have been customised or infested with virus’s but has long has you’ve backed up the files you wish to keep you’ve nothing to lose! There is a little repair shop that I use who actually run off a copy for me(there is nothing illegal about it has I had my own Key and also it didn’t cost me anything because without the key it’s worthless) so if you don’t know of anybody with a copy to lend to you or if a little shop wont run 1 off for you try downloading 1 off a p2p site.
