Used to be a floral designer, there is no true blue rose. There is a “Sterling” but that tends to be more lavender/blue, my favorite but also does not last long in bloom or in a vase. True blue in any garden is harder than other colors. We never died roses, sprayed yes but never died like you do daisies or carnations. Good luck.
