We can’t seem to locate any that don’t involve a fee. – J.W., Fayetteville A: The Cumberland County Mental Health Center knows of one – a six-week program run by Cumberland County CommuniCare. Actually, CommuniCare offers two such programs. One is for children 6 to 17 years old, and one is for adults 18 or older. Participants in each program meet once a week for six weeks.
