Is there anyway to remove spray paint from pressure treated wood (without sanding it off)?

Pressure washer but it might do more damage than sanding. Furniture stripper should remove anything but not sure how it would react with the chemicals in the wood. Same goes for other solvents like mineral spirits, turpentine, varsol, gasoline etc.
