Flourless chocolate cake ~4 (1ounce) squares semi sweet chocolate,chopped, 1 stick butter , 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup cocoa,3 eggs ,beaten, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract … (optional about 30 marshmallows)~ Preheat oven 300 degrees grease 8 inch round pan well & dust with cocoa powder , in top of double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate &butter remove from heat,stir in sugar, cocoa, beaten eggs & vanilla pour into prepared pan bake 30 minutes let cool in pan 10 minutes then turn out and cool completely, Dust with powdered sugar .
