Is there anyway to have the credit card authorization details automatically added to the paid invoice?
It depends on how you charge the credit card. If you charge the credit card within QB function (directly with the invoice); then the authorized info is automatically attached to the invoice (it’s located next to the total balance of the invoice with a button to expand). If you charge the credit card via other methods, you can probably, copy the info and paste it in the invoice manually, not automatically.
