Is there anyway to fix the stock petcock so it turns easier?
About the petcock: I had problems with mine, too. It was worse on my KZ 1300 twenty years ago. This time I took the petcock off the tank and took it apart. I used one of those green scratchy pads from the kitchen and polished inside the body of the petcock and the part that turns in it. Kept polishing both pieces until they worked real smooth. I seldom move mine away from the Reserve position, but when I need to, it is very easy to move. Steve W.
