Is there anyway to cure Paranoid personality?
To answer your last question first; this country (the USA) is a paranoid country. We suspect every other country of harboring ill will and arms against us (that is why we have spies) so If you can find a way to get rid of it you would be a blessing to our country. The Holy Bible is a manual of paranoid schizophrenia; it is no help. But for a more technical description of the symptoms and criteria defining the disorders you enumerated look them up in “DSM-IV TR” the manual used by psychiatrists in diagnosing the disorders or by simply typing the disorder into Yahoo! web search.
