Is there anyway to avoid Probate?
Yes. Probate can be avoided with estate plans established around a Revocable Living Trust, and by titling of assets typically in joint name with right of survivorship. However, you must be careful about doing this as quite often improper asset titling can defeat the purpose of the plan for the distribution of the decedent assets as set forth in the Will or the Trust.
