Is there anything wrong with taking more than the recommended dosage of multi vitamin and mineral tablets?
Yes you should never take more than the recommended amount. There are fat soluble and water soluble vitamins, the water soluble vitamins are excreted by the kidneys in the urine with excessive intake and are less likely to cause problems than the fat soluble vitamins, (vitamin A, D, E, and K) which are stored in the body and can quickly accumulate to toxic levels.
