Is there anything that we need to change on our account to make sure that all messages sent via 0410 XXX XXX appear from 0410 XXX XXX on the receiving end?
To set that number as the default for all your outgoing message sender ID’s, please log into your account, go to “SMS Options” then “manage sender ID’s”. When you find that number, click to the left “make default” and lock it to ensure that its always the number that is shown no matter what API or method of sending the SMS that you use.
