Is there anything that can be done to improve the capacity of MoDOT roads in Columbia?

At this time no upgrades are planned. However, in the past; roads have been moved higher on the MoDOT priority list when a community pledges money toward the project. Improvements to East Broadway were approved through such negotiations.
