Is there anything special happening at the Writing Center?
We sell snacks, instant hot drinks, and juice all day long at the Center. On Tuesdays, we sell breakfast, which means fresh-brewed coffee and fresh-baked goods. The profits are used to fund workshops and to send the tutors to regional and national conferences. These activities help us to improve our services to you. We also have special seasonal contests, such as guessing the weight of the great pumpkin in October. These contests are only open to students who have appointments. If you are interested in forming a writers’ group, please contact us and we’ll arrange a time.
