A. HEI management and the Implementation Team will routinely coach project teams on the use of the OBR-PMCOP documents for their projects. User suggestions for improvements and additions to the content of the OBR-PMCOP are welcome. These will be evaluated and, where appropriate, will be incorporated into future updates. In order to ensure that stakeholders know what to expect and where to look for certain information, the templates must be consistent for all users. A change control process is used to manage process improvements for the OBR-PMCOP.
