Is there anything I should know about dental hygiene and my Pom?
Yes! A few things, actually. Sometimes Poms baby teeth will not fall out on their own, which will require a trip to the vet to have them pulled. Also, make sure you provide plenty of chew toys and dry food to cut down on the amount of tarter build up. Lastly, start brushing your Poms teeth immediately this will prevent trips to the vet for professional teeth cleanings. Raw bones are a great way to also help with tartar build up just make sure theyre raw, as they can choke on cooked bones.
