Answer We are very conscious of our client’s time and project deadlines. We understand that often our clients need an urgent resource to keep a project on track. With this in mind, we initially submit our top three candidates for each position. We strive to get candidate’s resumes to our clients within a forty eight hour time period. Typically our clients will interview all three candidates and will call us to say what a difficult decision we have given them as all three candidates were well qualified to do the job.
