La Maison du Chocolat offers the “Parcours Initiatique,” our chocolate tasting sessions. They can be customized to fit the needs of our clients. Generally these classes are offered at our Madison Avenue boutique, but we would be happy to conduct these sessions at a location chosen by our clients. These are great sessions to attend with friends, to offer as a gift, to organize for team building and to invite and treat clients. During these sessions, our guests take a journey into the world of chocolate. They learn the different steps involved in the production of chocolate beginning with the planation. Our guests get to taste a great selection of chocolates and ganaches in a very relaxed yet informative atmosphere. Pure Dark Pure Dark (website) opened its first ever store in West Village in October and has been a popular conversation topic amongst chocolate-loving New Yorkers ever since.
