Is there anyone who was born on the 23rd of July 1990 who goes by the name Joe?
I did an experiment, inputting “Joseph” and your July 23rd date into the SSDI. I used 1928 to collect a sample where about half of the people would be deceased. In this test, 37 people were selected, so 74 would be the approximate number of Josephs from a given year. Since our population is 3 times as large in 1990 as in 1928, I would estimate over 200 people are in the US with the name Joe born on your birthday. Perhaps, though, you are not from the US, and perhaps, too, the name Joseph is not as popular as it once was. So, worldwide, perhaps 500 people on that date with the name Joe? I’d be surprised if it is fewer.
