Is there anyone in “public life” (politician, actor, host etc.) that you REALLY trust?”
The very fact that someone wants to be in the limelight, regardless of the industry, causes me to question their motivation and intentions. The process that someone in the public eye has to go through to get into causes me to question their motivation and intentions. The fact that someone in the public eye believes that they earn their millions per film, or lecture, or whatever it is they get paid for makes me question everything about them. How Angelina or any other actor can even accept millions for acting in a stupid moving is beyond me. Then we make a big deal about them doing charitable work, so they get a bunch of attention for that too. So, they get pain a grossly inflated wage for doing work that is totally unimportant and think they deserve it. Then they need a bunch of attention for things that normal people do every day. That the definition of untrustworthy to me. What would be trustworthy? Giving back half the salary because they know it isn’t that important or worth that.
