Is there anyone here who uses the 330 fully utilising the average depth function?
I’m afraid that the 330 uses a simple integration of the area under the curve to arrive at it’s average depth. It’s deadly accurate, but has no relation to the gas ontake rates at depth. A dive with the following parameters would yield an average depth close to 60M for a 30Min dive. 0-90M at a descent rate of 18M/Min 90-90M for 10 Minutes 90-0M at an ascent rate of 6M/Minute If you dive the above dive, YOU WILL GET BENT!
