Certain "work from home" jobs are always an option. Depending on your skill set, you can write for money, create and design web pages, or build and sell domain names (a highly profitable market if you have a creative mind).

I would also check with disability and see if it would be possible for you to begin collecting money from the government. There are not a lot of traditional jobs you can work with the impeded range of motion you mentioned.
