Is there any weight given to life experience in admissions decisions?
Yes, we highly value life experience and studies show that often career changers make some of the best teachers. However, you still must meet the course requirements determined by Hunter College in your subject area (English or Science). With regard to the general liberal arts requirements, there is some flexibility as to how you can demonstrate that you have filled those requirements. Contact us if you have specific questions.
