All ERP systems take more time to enter data because there is more data to enter, though often the equivalent was entered in shadow systems or e-forms. However, in some cases, the time consumption has to do with computer response time. While this is sometimes due to demand on the system, there may be local Desktop or network issues. ISDS is working with ITC to develop a long term solution to address performance issues. In the short term, if you believe the issue is response time, request that your LSP contact Teresa Wimmer, TBW6N@virginia.edu with the IP address and the nature of the problem.
