Is there any way to induce a psychic vision?
Breath in at least three complete cycles through the chakra you most associate with “seeing”…I alternate sometimes between third eye and heart. Once complete, sit quietly with closed eyes and visualize a white screen over your inner eye. When that is in place, just ask what you need to know and pay very close attention to the first image that appears. The incantation I usually use, with variations: “I ask my higher self to reveal my future regarding my planned proposal at work.” You can obtain a LOT of info with this method if you ask for clarification on items that aren’t totally clear, either out loud or in your mind. For a specific “yes” or “no” answer, requesting a Sacred Sign to indicate a specific course of action is one of my most valuable psychic tools and can help to narrow down the amount of work using the “white screen technique”.
