Is there any way to increase height after the age of 22?
I saw a tv program where a guy underwent height increase surgery. It didn’t look in any way worth it. A good friend of mine is your shorter than you and has a stunning girlfriend. The NHS does not pay for cosmetic surgery nor is height increase surgery condoned by the BMA Your lack of self esteem is certainly not due solely to your height. Take up martial arts such as Tai Kwon Do- this is the best path to enlightenment and self fulfilment. Women make mean comments to any guys. For ever guy that gets ripped for being too short another gets ripped for being too tall. Forget about them and move on. Life is too short to be worried about your height and one womans opinion. If your really bothered save up and buy a ticket to Korea or Taiwan. You will be average height there and will really stand out due to being caucasion. TEFL is a good option to gain employment in these countrys. Do you honestly think your life would be any better if you were 4 inches taller?
