Is there any way to have quickbooks print paychecks in alphabetical order once theyve been processed?
Hi kbbridges, Well, it does…sorta. QuickBooks prints the checks in the order the names appear in the employees name list. Unfortunately, QuickBooks sorts this list alphabetically by first name. This seems kind of odd to me too. I’ll submit a suggestion to product development that users are given the choice to alphabetize the employees by last name or first name.
