It’s possible to edit the through the HTML editor provided in the template. If you want to use a letterhead created through Salesforce, you can only send the invite through a workflow. Please see the workaround provided in the workflow tutorial. We are working on providing the ability to send surveys through the collector using letterheads. Please check our Roadmap for updates on our upcoming releases.
