Yes, however, it is not possible to change the entire URL yourself but you can certainly change its ending. When converting your PDF, enter the name you wish to see appear at the end of your link in the Publication Name section in the Online Publishing Platform. For example: http://www.myvirtualpaper.com/doc/libraryname can be changed to http://www.myvirtualpaper.com/doc/nameofyourcompany.
