Is there any way that I (as founder) can assign certain pages to each student member in the edCenter, so they could not change anyone elses pages?
Yes, you can accomplish that using the edCenter Shared Library feature as follows: 1. Use “Enable Sharing” to add the group book you have created into the edCenter Shared Library. Further, make sure the Shared Library settings ( Settings) have been set to allow members to upload media. 2. Ask the members to add a page into the group book. They can follow the steps to contribute their pages: a. Click edC Shared Library on the left; b. Select the Yearbook; c. Click tab “Pages” d. Click “” button , the system will go to the page editor. Members can work on the page. e. Name the pages as you want to assign them 3. The pages added by members into the Yearbook in the Shared Library will then be available to the founder of the edCenter to incorporate into the Yearbook. The founder can use the Shared Library section within the Bookemon Book Builder to locate the pages contributed and add into the Yearbook.
