Is there any way of generating a report of SMS sent and received?
A. Yes! e-txt™ has very detailed reporting. If you go to e-txt ™ Reports from the e-txt ™ Message Manager menu, you can choose to look at different time periods to view detailed reports of the status of all of your messages sent and received. You can download these to a CSV fie to see more information. Also, when you are viewing the details of a person or a company in Sage CRM, you will see that the communications tab appears on the top toolbar. Click here to view all of the text messages that have been sent to and from this person/company. This screen records many details including the date and time, whether the message was sent in or out, the person’s name, the message and the Sage user’s name.
