Yes, Guest Bookers can have a waiver for card verification and LOI submission when they pay with a Visa or MasterCard card registered under the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programmes. They will not need to present the credit/debit card used for the booking for verification nor submit an LOI. However these waiver does not apply to bookings made from Philippines and Thailand.
