Is there any way around drinking protein powder?
well, to answer your question… yes! you can avoid drinkin a protien shake by simply eating great foods… there are many foods that are simple to make that are even better sources of protien than whey or casine… egg whites for example, if you buy the generic store brand they are cheap… and 36g. of protien worth of egg whites is only 180 calories… another great protien source that is just as convinient as a shake is tuna… a can has around 32g. of protien and only 180 calories… BUT, if you want a protien shake that tase great, then i would recomend one of two things, either find a shake that taste great by itself, the best iv’e ever had is called NitroGen by Extreme Labs… check it out, I promise you this stuff tastes like hot coacoa mix… http://bodybuilding.com/store/exl/nitro.… the other option i might recomend is throwing a bunch of stuff in a blender along with your powder… i used to do this be
