Hi. Log on to Exeter.ac.uk They have an Arab and Islamic Studies Institute in Exeter which has a very good reputation. Exeter is also a really nice city with lots of studenty type things to do cos it has the main Exeter University right in the centre. Its also cheaper than a lot of other cities with regard to eating out, basics, clubbing, drinking, parking etc. Have a look at their web site-I hope this helps!
