Is there any U.S. military personnel living in Tijuana or Rosarito Beach?

Yeah, I know some. Retired, don’t know of any active, but certainly could be, unless the military restricts it for some reason. There are about 14,000 north americans living in Rosarito alone, many more elsewhere. Quite a few people commute every work day north for their jobs (both gringos and Mexican nationals), not a trip I would want to make!
