Is there any type of bearded dragon that isn friendly?
I’ve handled a few bearded dragons both at college where they had several and at home where friends and family have a fair few between them young, old, female & male… I’ve not come across any that are particularly angry or vicious and certainly never been bitten, although have been smacked once or twice by their tails when they swing them around (doesn’t hurt, just makes them a bit harder to handle). I’d recommend leaving her for a little bit to let her settle in and then once she seems to of relaxed in her new environment, start handling her daily as this is a great way of ensuring she remains used to being handled, therefore less stress when you handle her for both of you.
