You probably aren’t getting a let down of milk. Google “tips on getting let down by pumping”. Looking at a picture of your baby, picturing the baby nursing, relaxing, using massage etc can be of help. Try pumping the other side while your baby is nursing.

Breast massage- do it before and if possible while you pump. It really helps and it is the easiest way to help pumping.
