Well, societies and organisations (formal ones) are required to register under the registry of societies in Singapore, so you may want to try looking there. However, as far as I know, this issue is primarily addressed via sexuality education in schools in Singapore (see http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/programm… ). Societies dealing with teenage pregnancy itself may also deal with the prevention of such occurances and hence you may want to look them up as well.
