Is there any study to prove that CoQ10 help with cardiovascular system?
In a study, Dr. Lansojeon observed 424 patients with various kinds of cardiovascular disease over an eight-year period (1985-1993). In addition to their prescribed medications, Dr. Lansojeon added coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) to their medical regimens. Of the 424 patients, 58 per cent showed a slight degree of improvement. These patients were able to reduce the number of medications they were taking to treat their condition. No obvious side effects from CoQ10 treatment were distinguished other than a single case of transient nausea. In conclusion, CoQ10 is a safe and effective adjunctive treatment for a broad range of cardiovascular diseases, producing gratifying clinical responses while easing the medical and financial burden of multidrug therapy.
