Is there any standard format for seizing/freezing order?

0

The Act does not provide for a standard format of seizing/freezing order. However, it is important that any seizing/freezing order must contain following details: i) The full name and address of the concerned person ii) The arrest/conviction particulars iii) The full name, address and nature of relationship/association, if the property is held by relative/associates of the arrestee/convict iv) The full details of the property. Please see quick Reference section for property details to be recorded in the order.
