Is there any specific cliché that works well for tagless label printing?
Using our Cobalt Steel Back laser plates will give you a precise depth of.0012″, which is optimal for ink coverage. Using Polymer plates with a 200 line screen will also work great. The difference between the two is that you need a laser engraver to etch the laser plate and an exposure unit to etch a polymer plate. The exposure unit is normally less expensive than a laser plate maker; however laser plate making is much easier and faster.
