Is there any special rule for the Black Munchkin Die?

I have searched the main SJ Games site and can’t even find any mention of the black die at all. I know its the same as all the dice you get in the set you buy in stores (its just black), but since you can’t just go out and buy this specific die, it should have at least some special rule that the other 6 colors don’t have.
