Is there any solution to human rights violation?
Surely, there are some remedies available against violation of human rights. You can make complaint of violation of human rights to State Human Rights Commission, National Human Rights Commission etc. Our judiciary also take cognizance of infringement of the human rights time to time. However, the aggrieved parties whose human rights have been violated must be alert about their human rights. At last law helps those who are diligent as to their own rights and not to those who are slept. Of course, one bitter truth can also not be denied that there are some corrupt elements in our judiciary too. Therefore, many times justice is denied to poor, weak persons and human rights remain only in statutory books.
