Is there any risk involved buying hearing aids online?
No. You are not buying your hearing aids ‘online’. The internet merely gives you access to see our hearing aid service and prices before we see you in person. All dispensers are registered with the Hearing Aid Council and must work in accordance with the Code of Conduct as set out by them. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action. Crystal Hearing UK is not an ‘internet company’ per se; we are a portal to your local independent hearing aid retailer who will give you the best possible service that you would expect from a local company trying to uphold their reputation.
