Is there any resemblance between the Milky Way candy bar and the Milky Way Galaxy?

I’m guessing that it was named Milky Way because it is made from milk and has a soft, fluffy core surrounded by a dark layer. If we were able to see the Milky Way, it also would have that soft, fluffy look from the clouds of gas and other stellar matter and would be surrounded by the darkness of space. Other than that, I don’t see where there would be a resemblance.
