Is there any remote desktop software as good and descrete as anyplace control?

I want to get a remote desktop that is just like anyplace control: One that allows you to watch, take control of, chat and transfer files with other computers on your network with out disrupting there session like anywhere control does with the file transfer and with an option of hiding the pop ups and the tray icon. I don’t however have any need or desire to use the online remote desktop so that isn’t important.
