The attorney’s in our office have been Certified by the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence and possess permits as Operators to take tests on the machine, and also have been issued permits certifying them as Maintenance Supervisors, qualified to do the Maintenance on the Intoxilyzer 5000D breath testing machine.
