No, there is no limit. However the wave format has an internal limit of 4GB. If your recording is larger than that, break it into smaller pieces using Markers and “Save selection as”. Many programs, such as players, editors, and encoders, have problems working with wave files larger than 2GB. If you are not sure if your programs can correctly handle large files, make all pieces smaller than 2GB.
