Is there any real difference between eating high-raw and eating 100% raw?

I ate a high-raw diet for a long time before switching to 100% raw. While eating high-raw, I felt great and didn’t think that there would be a need to go 100%. After Tracy and I completing a 30-day 100% raw trial, we discovered that there is a difference in energy, digestion and overall weight loss and health benefits. Now, I wouldn’t say at this point that it is absolutely essential to be 100% raw if you are currently healthy or not willing to commit to following the lifestyle all the way. A high-raw diet is a very healthy eating plan and will bring you amazing health benefits. I recommend that you strive for eating at least 90% or more raw if you choose not to go 100%.
